`useSlop(client, pathOrGetter, descriptorFactory)`

useSlop() accepts either a static path string or a path factory, plus a descriptor factory that is tracked reactively.

The implementation flushes after render and unwraps Vue proxies before the descriptor is sent to the transport layer.
